Pipe relining
The most professional service in Sydney!
Pipe relining involves installing a new pipe inside the existing "host" pipe. This is done in a number of different ways. All of the methods start the same way, impregnating the liner with resin. paired together they create a system which is a lot stronger than PVC pipe.
The most common installation type is sectional pipe relining, this is done by pulling a liner into place with a tool that is essentially a ballon. Once it is in the correct place the balloon is inflated and the resin is left to cure. once cured the balloon is removed and the new pipework is inspected using our state of the art cctv drainage inspection system.
The next type is inversion relining, this method is suited to longer runs of pipework. Once the impregnation stage is completed the liner is rolled onto an inversion drum or liner cannon and clamped onto the front of the equipment. Air pressure is then applied to the equipment and the liner inverts and pulls itself through the host pipe. The liner is then cured and inspected using our cctv system to confirm the curing is complete. If the lining covered any junctions or "tees", we then use a robot to reopen the junctions so waste can flow freely.
the last method that we offer is junction satellite repairs. This method is the best way to repair broken or root infested junctions or sealing two liners together.
This is a specialist technique that not all plumbing companies can offer.
